WebMail allows you to decide whether to view messages in ascending or descending order. To define your sort order:
1. Click the Gears icon located at the upper right corner of the email interface and select the Mail Tab.
2. Under the Preferences link, click on Initial Sort Order link under Message Display subheading.
3. Click on the radio button next to your choice of Ascending or Descending order.
4. Click on the Save button.
