Sometimes it's convenient to preview the contents of an attachment before making the decision to actually download. This WebMail feature is particularly helpful when previewing content is sufficient, rather than tying up disc space with unnecessary files. To indicate that you want to be able to preview attachments:
1. Click the Gears icon located at the upper right corner of the email interface and select the Mail Tab.
2. Under the Preferences link, click on Attachment Preview link under Message Display subheading.
3. Click on the radio button next to Auto-preview mode (View download links and attached images) or No Preview (View download links only).
a. Auto-preview mode displays attached images at the bottom of your email message.
b. No Preview mode does not display the images, and as a result, it loads faster.
c. Click on the Save button to implement.
