Checkboxes in the email message List allow you to select individual or multiple messages and perform additional actions using the Top Action Bar that appears. Clicking the top checkbox located within the Action Bar automatically selects all the messages within the message list. Clicking the drop-down menu next the top checkbox provides a wide range of selection options.
They include:
- Select All
- None (deselects all messages)
- Read
- Unread
- High Priority
- Low Priority
- Starred
- Unstarred
- Replied
- Forwarded
- Has Attachment
