Virtual Inbox Organization

Virtual Inbox Organization gives users greater flexibility and control over the Inbox and how they view messages:

• Multiple Views and Selections—Individual or a combination of views filter and display messages based on selected criteria, making it easier for users to prioritize their mail.
• Sticky Selection—View selections remain intact until de-selected.
• Instant Display—Views are generated instantly as users tap them, so the latest, the updated list is always displayed.

Note: Check the “Allow Multiple Selections checkbox to allow for a combination of the views listed above.
