Sharing a calendar with others easily. Here is how:
Method 1:
- On the left, Under My Calendars click the more options
icon of the calendar you wish to share.
- Share with specific people by clicking Add People.
- Select recipients from your Contacts to share your calendar with them.
- Click Save.
Method 2:
- On the left, Under My Calendars click the more options
icon of the calendar you wish to share.
- Then place a checkmark
next to the option "Make available to Public."
- Click the 'Get shareable link' button.
- In the pop-up window that appears, click the "copy link" button.
- Click Save.
Note: Now you can send/share this link to other recipients or contacts you wish to view your calendar. The new recipient will be able to add your shared calendar as a new calendar by using 'Add from Shareable link' option.
If you shared your calendar with an individual email address, they'll see your calendar in their "Other calendar" list. If you shared your calendar with an email group, they'll see the calendar in their "Other calendars" list once they click on the link in the email invitation from Webmail Calendar.
